Tourism is one of an economic contributor to the union territory of Ladakh in Northern India. The union territory is part of the broader disputed Kashmir region and is sandwiched between the Karakoram mountain range to the north and the Himalayas to the south and is situated at the height of 11,400 ft....Ladakh is composed of the Leh and Kargil districts. The region contains prominent Buddhist sites and has an ecotourism industry.

TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1 | SRINAGAR ARRIVAL

This is the first day of this remarkable journey to"The land of high passes -Ladakh".
Upon reaching houseboat, you’ll be greeted by our team captain.Check in to the houseboat, freshen up and relax.
You can explore Srinagar market for some shopping.Dinner followed by a briefing for the next day & overnight sleep.


Day 2 | SRINAGAR – KARGIL


After having breakfast we will start your journey towards Kargil which is approx 160 km En route,Then head towards Drass, the coldest inhabited place in India & often called as Gateway to Ladakh, via the ZojiLa Pass.
On the way, you will come across the views of Tiger Hill and other famous Himalayan peaks from the roaring stories of the Kargil War.You can take a small stopover at the Kargil War Memorial to pay homage to the martyrs of the Kargil war.
Reach Kargil by evening and call it a day.Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Kargil.


Day 3 | KARGIL - LEH


Have breakfast at the hotel and head out for the journey towards Leh
En route, we will pass through giant Buddha statue in Mulbek. It is one of the most important and oldest Buddhist monasteries in the Ladakh region
Take a small stopover at the Indus Sangam Viewpoint to watch the confluence of Zanskar and Indus Rivers.Visit Magnetic Hill (if time permits), a road that defies the law of gravity.You can also enjoy delicious langar at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and know the story behind the construction of this gurudwara by the army.After arrival on Leh, Check-in to the Hotel.Dinner will be served.Overnight stay in Leh


Day 4 | LEH – NUBRA VALLEY


Have a breakfast at the hotel, prepare yourself for an ultimate adventure,located at an altitude of 18,380 ft, Khardung La falls on an extremely scenic
Later on start your journey to Nubra valley Visit the white sand dunes in Hundar and enjoy a ride of the exotic double-humped camel ones of its type in the world,check-in to the camp,take some rest.
Dinner will be served At night enjoy the chat with your group member around the bonfire under the sky full of stars.Overnight stay at the campsite in Nubra Valley.


Day 5 | NUBRA–TURTUK- NUBRA


After breakfast in hotel, we will head towards a small village situated at the border of India & Pakistan which is also known as the last village of Northern India
Turtuk is known for its varieties of fruits, especially apricots. Turtuk was under ,pakistani control until the war of 1971, when the Indian Army captured the village.It s the last outpost of India's Ladakh. It is also one of the gateways to Siachen Glacier.
Back to the campsite,dinner will be served,overnight stay at the campsite in Nubra Valley


Day 6 | NUBRA VALLEY–PANGONG

In the morning have a breakfast, drive towards Pangong Lake on the Indo-China border.En route Enjoy the scenic beauty of the Shyok river on one side and the Mountains on another side
Pangong lake is a major attraction of Ladakh region and it is amongst the highest altitude saline water lakes in the world and changes colors shades from blue to green to red
Pangong lake is also featured in movies like 3-idiots and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.Check-in to the Campsite,dinner will be served
Overnight stay at the campsite near Pangong lake

Day 7 | PANGONG–LEH

Wake up in the morning, have a breakfast near the Pangong lake
We will start our journey and pass through the numerous villages on the way like,Durbuk, Tangtse and many more.Visit the Big Buddha at Thiksey monastery and also visit 3 Idiot school & Sindhu Ghat
Check-in to the Hotel ,dinner will be served
Overnight stay in Leh

Day 8 | LEH–SARCHU

The day journey will start early since the team has to be cover up approx. 260 kms please ensure that everyone has to leave at 8 am. Including your breakfast done start your journey towards Sarchu.Sarchu is a Hilly region situated at the border of Himachal Pradesh & Ladakh atan altitude of 4,290 m
En-route, you will be witnessing the beauty of the barren lands stretched faraway bordered by the lofty Himalayas.Upon reaching Sarchu, take rest for sometime
n the evening, sit around the bonfire under the sky full of stars as you enjoy your,dinner at the campsite,Overnight stay at the campsite near Sarchu


Day 9 | SARCHU–MANALI

In the morning, post breakfast, start your return journey to Manali.Enjoy a series of hairpin bends as you pass through the scenic mountain roads.Upon reaching Manali
Check-in to the Hotel & rest of the evening is at leisure,dinner will be served
Overnight stay in Manali


Day 10 | MANALI LOCAL–DELHI

Begin your day early with a delicious breakfast and proceed for check-out.Places you can visit – Hidimba Devi Temple, Jogni Waterfall, Vashisht Temple, Mall Road.Spend some time in the magical streets of Old Manali, cafe hopping.
This marks the end of your Leh Ladakh Tour,You will depart in a semi- sleeper volvo in the evening around 5 pm and will reach,Delhi next day in the morning

NOTE: â‚ą10,000/- needs to be submitted as security for the bike before the start of the trip. Any damage to the bike, except engine damage, has to be borne directly by the client , (Note: Luggage policy only 1 rucksack bag per traveler allowed, you can carry luggage weighing not more than 10 Kgs per person with you. Extra luggage will cost you INR 1000/- Per Kg) .

No refund of advance money

Due to any foreseen / unforeseen circumstances, if any changes to be done in the tour & during the tour, the decision of the road captain will be final

The Services of Back up Vehicle is not included on leisure days & post finishing the sightseeing tour as per the Itinerary

In case of any damage to the bike by the rider or pillion knowingly or unknowingly or due to accident, the damage cost will be charged to the respective individual as decided by the mechanical team / Road Captain

Only Backpack and rucksacks are allowed, travellers carrying any other luggage like suitcase or trolley bags will be asked to leave the same behind

In some areas, hotels or camps are not well equipped to fit a large number of groups for stay, hence we will have to divide the groups in different hotels / camps depending on the availability
